The Role

We are looking for a Sales to join our Global E-Commerce Distribution team and participate in our next phase of growth. Reporting to our Global Head of E-Commerce Distribution, you will sell Allianz Trade e-commerce solutions to corporate companies from qualification to closing.

Main Tasks

  • Are passionate about e-commerce and payment solutions
  • Have a sales mindset who can identify and develop new strategic e-commerce opportunities with existing customers as well as prospects
  • Promote the services provided by Allianz Trade E-Commerce to customers
  • Contribute to the development of the Global E-Commerce sales Line of Business
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Company’s management
  • Identify potential customers through proactive acquisition, including cold calling
  • Follow the sales cycle end to end
  • Prepare offers and policies based on received information and explain them
  • Negotiate and sign new policies
  • Collaborate with Allianz Trade core sales teams and brokers when relevant
  • Keep record of activity, in accordance with Group requirements

Competencies Required

  • Interested in payment providers market or e-commerce software solutions
  • Proven experience as sales (hunting)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiator (able to convince about presented products)
  • Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
  • Good English level (reading, speaking, and writing skills)
  • Fluent French is mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales jobs
  • Mobility in France and abroad for client meetings/events (occasionally)
