Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our team in France. As a key member of our founding team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our French customer base and helping clients transform and grow their e-commerce businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: Build pipeline by generating and handling leads from multiple channels and identifying new sources
  • Sales presentations: Deliver demos and consultations to understand client needs and showcase our solution
  • Sales cycle management: From lead nurturing through negotiation to closing and follow-up
  • Build Team France: Work closely with our marketing, implementation, tech, and support teams to create a happy, high-performing team and business

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of professional experience in sales roles, preferably in B2B e-commerce SaaS or seller recruitment for marketplaces/fulfillment services
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
  • Ability to conduct live product demos for prospective customers, across all levels of seniority
  • Track record of high performance, excellent organizational skills, and ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
