Job Description
Position Overview
The Associate Manager, eCommerce & Digital Content will be part of an exciting transformative group within BIC – the Digital & eCommerce COE. This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in careers in digital marketing and eCommerce to gain fundamental skills and experience in the areas of Digital Content systems, operations, and production. This role is GLOBAL- meaning you will interact daily with BIC team members across the world, and report to the Digital Content Operations Manager, located in Clichy.
Main Responsibilities / Tasks
- Responsible for ongoing management of and enhancements to our Global Digital Asset Library (DAL) – serving as SME and power-user across all regions.
- Support ongoing management of Salsify – BIC’s Digital Shelf Product Information System (PIM) globally.
- Support Digital Shelf Operations initiatives including greater ecosystem connectivity, automation, UX improvements, and engagement.
- Responsible for organization upskilling for DAL, maintaining DAL Wiki, delivering regular systems trainings.
- Support Digital Shelf and marketing content development including SEO and visuals.
- Provide local website content support as needed for region.
- Serve as key point of contact with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- 4-year university degree in communications, marketing, or business.
- Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- « Curious Collaborator » who can flex style to build relationships.
- Desire to lead and help shape a refreshed culture.
Previous/Professional Experience/Technical Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role; CPG experience a plus.
- Experience in eCommerce, DAL/PIM or website systems a plus.
- Equal parts “creative” and “operational” with flexibility in role.
- Previous digital creative management experience a must.
- Strong communication skills.
