Pandora A/S is the world’s largest jewellery brand, offering hand-finished jewelry made from high-quality materials at affordable prices. We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Optimization and Personalization Specialist to support our CRO Manager in ensuring we operate under best practice frameworks with regards to testing & optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support local A/B testing programs from an E-commerce perspective.
- Generate insights to feed into our testing process.
- Work closely with the merchandising team to analyze consumer pain points and opportunities in customer journeys.
- Create business cases and hypotheses for running tests.
- Build and execute tests, and monitor their performance.
- Support post-test reporting and insights sharing.
- Contribute to the development of our testing roadmap.
Requirements
- Solid analytics background and experience in ecommerce trading or data analyst roles.
- Proficiency in using Adobe Analytics or equivalent, BI tools like PowerBI, Excel, QlikView.
- Understanding of key elements impacting digital ecommerce.
- Knowledge of omnichannel organizations, customer journey management, website personalization, online merchandising.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, customer segmentation, basket abandonment analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
- Proficiency in English and French.
