ABOUT THE TEAM
Located in our EMEA headquarters in Geneva (Switzerland), the Content Team is part of a wider E-commerce team
and oversees the production of all digital assets for our Columbia and SOREL European websites (2 brands, 5 languages, 22 websites),
newsletters and marketing banners.
The E-commerce team includes 15 people split into 3 teams: Buying, Digital Marketing, and Content. The Content team
is composed of 4 people with diverse roles (team management, copywriting, asset management, scheduling, web design, testing).
The role of the Content team is to provide a flawless on-site user experience and to support various other teams in their
initiatives (brand marketing, traffic acquisition, etc.).
To reach this goal, the team needs to stay up to date with numerous projects from several teams, manage multiple deadlines,
execute content production according to brand guidelines, keep in touch with our US headquarters, and follow the performance
of produced content.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Content team needs extra support in the second half of the year to support new collection launches and key business
opportunities like Black Friday and the winter sale.
During this 6-month internship, and by supporting each team member, you will gain extensive knowledge about the functioning
of an e-commerce content team and will dive into each role, understanding the responsibilities and constraints of each.

ABOUT YOU
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Content Creation or any other related field
- Looking for a 6-month internship in the field of e-Commerce and content creation
- Passionate about the web environment and highly motivated to join the Content team
- Consumer-oriented and empathetic
- Very good level of English (C1)
- Extremely meticulous in handling your tasks and your schedule, at ease with multitasking
- Very good at communicating with your colleagues and managers and enthusiastic about teamwork
- Eager to learn new skills and understand the big picture as well as the details
