About the Role
Adeo Services is looking for a talented Marketplace Business Developer to join its team in Berlin. As a key member of the Business Development and Ecosystem department, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the company’s marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit high-potential sellers onto the marketplace through prospecting and pipeline management.
- Provide sellers with data-driven insights and a strong service to help them grow their business on the Leroy Merlin Marketplace.
- Monitor and analyze seller performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and increase customer satisfaction, profitability, and operations performance.
- Coordinate and manage projects across the organization and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines for high-visibility projects.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German (B2 level minimum).
- 1-3 years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, FMCG, or retail.
- Proven commercial and analytical skills.
- Proven interpersonal and relational skills.
- Willingness to learn.
- Highly organized and results-oriented with a high degree of ownership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
