We are looking for two talented Consumer Digital Project Managers to join our team at Geopost. As a Consumer Digital Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and deployment of digital services for C2X Shipping and Consumer Solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to manage end-to-end digital journeys for customers, focusing on private individuals and small businesses. You will collect user feedback to improve the digital shipping process, manage testing, gap analysis, and training for business unit users.
- Develop and implement digital services strategies for C2X Shipping and Consumer Solutions
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and propose digital solutions
- Drive agile project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery
Collaboration and Focus
You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless and customer-centric experiences. Your focus will be on driving business growth through innovative digital solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience and Language Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2C digital services or related fields
- Fluent in English and French
Technical and Soft Skills
- Strong knowledge of digital tools and technologies such as MS Office, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Klaxoon/Miro
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and prioritize tasks effectively
