Join Our Team at The Ordinary
We are looking for a digital lover to help with the E-Retail expansion of The Ordinary. You will be working directly with the Online Manager, in collaboration with the Brand and Partnerships teams. The role is based in Paris, in the EMEA Headquarters, where you will help coordinate and drive E-Commerce projects across the region (25+ markets), as well as work with the Global teams based in Toronto, Canada.
- Bilingualism in French and English is an essential requirement
- Internship for 6 months. Based in Paris. Convention de stage/Internship agreement is mandatory. No work-study contract. Starting from July 2024.
What You’d Be Doing in This Role
Existing E-Retail Partners Development
- Support in developing and coordinating e-Trade animation plans to achieve our Online objectives (example of partners we work with: Zalando, Notino, Flaconi, etc.).
- In collaboration with the Brand team, lead and coordinate online asset requests (banners, newsletters, etc.).
- Lead creative briefs and translations with our dedicated agencies.
- Collect and manage the Online Partners’ requests (product information, pricing, visuals, product launch information etc.).
- Support in the development and expansion of existing partners.
New E-Retail Partners Launch
- Support in launching new partners: help create launch retro-planning, assets development follow-up, and support in new projects.
Reporting / Other Missions
- Support in reporting and analyzing our E-Retail business (orders, sales, product performance, conversion rate, average order value etc.).
- Regular partners and competitors monitoring.
- Help to build Power Point Presentations.
Skills and Qualifications Needed to Get the Job Done
- Student with a higher education Bac +4/5 or Business Schools.
- At least one significant experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing required. Experience within E-commerce sector is a strong plus.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Good knowledge of Excel and its formulas, as well as Power Point (and/or Google slides, Google Sheets).
- Photoshop proficiency is a strong plus.
- Organizational skills are highly required as the internship consists in juggling several projects at once and being in contact with several internal and external people.
- Attention to details, proactivity, precision, autonomy, data mindset, reporting skills and team spirit also required.
