As a key player in our Ecommerce & CRM team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our German market by managing and optimizing our website, contributing to the development of new ecommerce projects, and supporting our Paid Media & Acquisition strategy.
About the Role
- Manage and optimize the German version of our website, ensuring seamless user experience and maximum conversion rates.
- Contribute to the development of new ecommerce projects, focusing on improving our online presence and customer engagement.
- Support our Paid Media & Acquisition Manager in managing Google Ads & Meta campaigns, targeting the German market.
- Handle daily customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, providing exceptional support to our customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (native or bilingual) and comfort with English or French.
- Strong background in ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer relations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
