The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Implementation Specialist to join our team in France.
- Your primary responsibility will be implementing and training our new customers in France.
- You will manage the onboarding, training, and implementation of Anchanto’s Software Products for various customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and improve on implementation documents and training materials.
- Work on software configuration and data import if required as part of the implementation process.
- Handhold customers till they get comfortable with our software.
- Maintain product expertise of all the solutions and use it to help support and R&D team solve the most challenging issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and French.
- WMS product or parcel shipping solutions (TMS, parcel tracking).
- PREFERRED but not required: CMS/Webstore platforms (e.g., Prestashop, Shopify, Magento, SalesForce Commerce Cloud) or OMS, Feed Management or eCommerce automation (e.g., or Marketplaces back-office or API gateways (Amazon, CDiscount, Octopia, Mirakl, etc.).
- Effective presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-changing and diverse international environment.
