eCommerce Manager
The eCommerce manager is responsible for the online sales of the Chargeurs PCC’s portfolio. The candidate will oversee the look and feel of the company website as well as that of its brands and will be responsible for generating sales via online channels. The candidate will also oversee digital marketing and will work closely with IT, commercial and supply chain & planning departments, reporting into the CEO and CMO.
The workplace can be designated in Paris or Switzerland.
Objectives of this role
- Launch Chargeurs PCC’s ecommerce as well as that of its brands
- Outline the complete go-live strategy and project plan in close collaboration with all departments
- Manage the day to day activities
- Launch the company’s CRM strategy in partnership with the marketing team
- Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, a/b testing and reporting
- Re-Platforming website to new CMS, making the website(s) mobile capable
- Develop and implement an ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
Responsibilities
- Analyse data in order to deliver data driven strategies and achieve KPIs
- Analyse performance of collections, categories and campaigns
- Market research to discover new trends and technologies
- Develop and implement roadmap for online store’s functionalities
- Define and implement e-commerce strategic and tactical programmes
- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development
- Drive e-commerce sales performance
- Manage and review e-commerce operations and processes
- Manage customer retention and loyalty programmes
- Oversee or directly manage sales, promotions, digital marketing channels across PPC, SEO, Display, affiliates and email marketing and social media over digital platforms
- Assess potential partnership prospects
Skills and qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Digital Marketing, Economics or Business Management
- Confidence developing and overseeing b2b and eCommerce-focused digital marketing strategies
- Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow and web analysis
- Ability to independently manage and grow an eCommerce platform
- Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools and optimisation
- Knowledge of Attribution modelling, website speed optimisation, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimisation, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- High proficiency in relevant tools, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Google Analytics
- MarTech background, with experience in managing marketing and tech teams
