The Role
Under the management of the eCommerce Adoption & Network manager, your role will be to drive the eCommerce Regional offices teams, challenge performance on main targets, and drive the deployment & adoption of eCommerce products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and drive eCommerce Regional Offices performance (4 regions, 25 headcounts) on eCommerce targets.
- Follow up, challenge and report eCommerce Regional Offices teams’ activities.
- Coordinate actions follow up with Roll out managers on main eCommerce products.
- Animation of existing committees with local teams.
- Ensure impact of eRO across the network and maintain a close relation with network management.
Profile and Competencies
- Fluent in English & French.
- Management experience.
- Strong communication & relational skills.
- Reporting skills (QlickSence, Salesforce CRM, Tableau CRM).
- Business development mindset.
- Rigorous, methodical, organized.
- Autonomy and proactivity to carry out the position’s missions successfully.
- Great ability to adapt to a very diverse audience including VP/GM.
- Passionate about digital products.
