Job Description
In a stimulating environment and acceleration context, the EMEA E-commerce D2C Merchandiser is responsible for executing and implementing the E-commerce product performances strategy across our European websites. Key initiatives will include product onsite consumer journey optimization and drive product performances growth by adapting a personalized merchandising for our different markets.
E-merchandising
- Execute the implementation of all merchandising content on EMEA websites: homepage, landing pages, banners to ensure a best-in-class experience and support the business growth on each market.
- Execute the localization of the global calendar across our different markets for each channel.
- Coordinate the relationship with the acquisition teams (CRM, paid social, paid search) to build out campaigns to support the business on each market.
- Strategically placing and arranging products online.
- Identify & leverage information (technologies, technical specs, size charts, buying guides) that guide and influence consumer buying decisions along their online journey on salomon.com
Internal Search & Product Recommendations
- Optimize internal search to show relevant product for search term for each market and each channel
- Implement cross-sell and up-sell strategy to drive conversion and increase AOV & UPT
A/B Testing & Personalization
- Launch in EMEA countries A/B tests in consistency with the global roadmap & the local needs
Performance Tracking & Benchmarking
- Track product, category & country performances and propose & implement action plans
- Use external & internal data to optimize the merchandising strategy (internal search trends, Google Paid Search insights, …)
- Maintain competitive benchmarking on merchandising trends
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Education
- 5-year degree in Marketing or a related field.
Languages
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Analytics, Magento, and Drupal.
