Role Overview

Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking users via various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and platform features to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and timely in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive team player.
