If you are fluent in French and have a passion for helping customers navigate online shopping experiences, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Role Overview

In this integral role, you will assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries and support them in making the most of our online marketplace platform. If you’re ready to contribute to a fast-paced environment and help shape the future of online shopping, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking users via various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and platform features to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and timely in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service level targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep up-to-date with platform updates and best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and positive team player.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
