Job Description
As a key member of the E-Commerce & Customer Engagement department, you will play a crucial role in deploying the global E-retail strategy for Accor and its brands. Your primary objective will be to grow associated revenues and participate in the development of the E-retail activity, which currently encompasses 9 e-stores with plans to launch 2 additional stores in 2024.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing and animation strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with brands, business units, and third-party operating platforms to ensure seamless E-store development and logistics.
- Monitor performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct pricing and competitiveness analysis to optimize E-store performance.
- Manage marketing budgets and agency relationships.
- Develop and implement In-Hotel Visibility strategies.
Requirements
- First experience in marketing campaigns management, preferably in bedding, linens, decoration, furniture, cosmetics, or luxury universes.
- Higher education degree in Digital and/or Marketing/Commerce.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and digital topics, with a creative and innovative mindset.
