Job Description
Join an International and dynamic team playing a central role by leading Ecommerce strategy & steering overall Ecommerce performance for a set of countries. Your main missions would be to:
- Develop and execute a Digital Strategy & Action Plan to increase online sales for Ecommerce
- Monitor and Steer Ecommerce performance for set of countries, ensuring country targets are achieved with the support of the Country Ecommerce managers
- Lead transversal initiatives to grow direct channels Revenue & Profit
Main Duties
- Develop and execute a Digital Strategy to online sales
- Monitoring and steering performance for a set of countries
- Ensuring Country ecommerce budget/forecast aligned between group and country
- Ensuring Country targets are achieved/beat, through effective monitoring & Ecommerce Actions
- Acting as a hub between their Countries of responsibility and the Ecom & D2B team
- Lead weekly ecommerce business calls with countries and ensure that the trend is aligned with the targets, identifying any risk or opportunities and defining Action Plans to mitigate/leverage on those
- Organise regular e-commerce Country Manager Meetings to share best practices and Ecommerce group strategy
- Lead transversal initiatives to grow direct channels Revenue & Profit
- Propose digital solutions and improved sales approach to increase D2B Revenue & share
- Identify and roll out Best Practice initiatives across countries & BL
- Working cross functionally with Marketing, RCM, Commercial & Leisure teams to ensure “best deal, best offer” mentality for D2B
Qualifications
Previous Experience
- 5 years of experience in e Commerce & Product Marketing in an international Environment
- Analytical & Performance management experience
- Experience working in Project mode, coordinating initiatives cross functionally and deploying them across countries
- Fundamentals on eComm tools and Digital Marketing channels are a plus
Education Level / Certificates
Master degree in web marketing/e-commerce/business school or equivalent.
Languages
Fluent in English, another European language is a plus.
Computer Skills and Software Used
Pack office, Ecom software, Google tools etc…
