Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced Online Commerce Leader to join our client’s dynamic team in Berlin. As a key member of the cross-functional team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive online commerce strategy to drive D2C growth and improve website performance.
About the Role
- Develop and execute a data-driven online commerce strategy to optimize website performance and drive key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and category teams to drive online strategy success and achieve business goals.
- Work closely with the product content and data manager to ensure listings are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to promote best-selling products and ensure stock levels meet demand.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website performance.
Requirements
- Strong ecommerce background in the health/wellness industry.
- Proactive and entrepreneurial individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Candidates must be able to work collaboratively across functions and prioritize tasks effectively.
