Within the Digital Integration pillar, a Domain Manager for Service and Operations will manage a portfolio of complex enterprise-wide business projects, impacting several local subsidiaries and departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with central functions, countries, and clusters, ensuring proper alignment and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage a digital integration portfolio, identify dependencies, and provide support to central functions.
- Report on progress, milestones, risks, and KPIs.
- Manage a network of key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong analytical thinking, decision making, and stakeholder management.
- Flexibility and creativity.
- 8+ years of experience in program/portfolio/change management.
- 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Business knowledge of the Leasing & Mobility industry is advantageous.
