Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Management: lead and oversee the e-Commerce business in BeNeFrance, focusing on distribution, sales, key account management, and category development.
- Strategic Planning: develop and execute annual channel plans, ensuring alignment with international core ranges and new product development (NPD).
- Negotiation Expertise: conduct annual negotiations with customers and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions.
- Product Presentation: present and list new products within the customer assortment matrix.
- Promotional Excellence: coordinate and implement promotional grids and marketing standards with customers.
- Sales Forecasting: forecast monthly sales volumes, especially during promotional periods.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: act as a key interface between customers and internal divisions (Marketing, Finance, etc.), ensuring effective communication and corrective actions when needed.
Qualifications
- University degree in business, marketing, or related field is essential with 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the e-Commerce sector.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in French & English are necessary.
- In-depth knowledge of key account dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and e-Commerce platforms.
