Senior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator
Job Overview
Michael Kors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Digital department as a Senior E-Commerce Operations Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to oversee and optimize the day-to-day digital operations, managing a range of digital platforms and improving digital workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid technical background in digital operations, have a strategic mindset, and be strong in analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day website operations tasks, including consumer support queries, daily monitoring, and reacting to any on-site bugs & issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehousing and logistics, loss prevention, ecommerce IT, retail, and omni operations.
- Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting, continuing to develop and improve the data analysis across our third parties, providing analysis and insight into trends.
- Investigate and troubleshoot potential site or process issues, using insights to determine areas of focus, suggesting solutions and improvements, and reporting and following up on any reported issues.
- Project-manage business activities in relation to sales and promotions, organizing meetings, agreeing actions, and communicating decisions to wider teams.
- Create and maintain ecommerce operations documentation and guides.
- Coordinate day-to-day website updates by briefing in detailed and accurate requests and then testing.
- Support key business projects with the Digital Ops Manager, developing research, QA testing, and coordination where required.
Requirements
- 4-5 years ecommerce operations experience, preferably in fashion retail.
- Experience working across multi-lingual, multi-currency localized websites.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, such as customer service, warehouse and logistics, and retail operations, with demonstrated ability to manage good relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers.
- Experience and knowledge of online payment processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong project-management and communication skills, and ability to work well under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and trouble-shooting skills.
- Experience working with Jira and other QA tools.
