About the Position
Joko is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join its Online team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of e-commerce partners in France and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow your portfolio of e-commerce partners in France and build strong relationships with them.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Business Operations, Product, Data, and Tech teams to ensure close monitoring and analysis of partnership performances.
- Create strong and long-lasting relationships with partners through day-to-day relationship management, securing regular formal and informal touchpoints.
- Help Joko expand internationally by leveraging French partnerships to launch offers in the US.
- Contribute to the growth of the Online business by working with the Product and Bizops teams to improve processes and build solid foundations to scale the department at Joko.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Finance, Consulting, or Startups.
- Graduated from a top-tier business or engineering school.
- Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.
- Capable of autonomous project management from inception to completion, setting and exceeding high standards, and ensuring project success.
- Analytical skills and the ability to love analyzing data and making informed decisions.
