About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customer executives to understand their pain points, strategies, and goals for procurement, finance, and digitalization.
- Deep dive into customer internal purchase to pay processes and systems to understand their needs and requirements.
- Act as a trusted consultant for customers, providing recommendations on how Amazon Business can deliver value for their strategies, processes, and tools.
- Build relationships with customers and gain commitment to implement Amazon Business solutions.
- Relay back customer needs and requirements to internal Amazon teams, including Sales, Product Management, Technical, and Category Management teams, and Leadership.
- Take an active role in shaping innovative approaches to solve customer issues and present these to Amazon Leadership to prioritize solutions for customers and drive growth.
- Lead project evaluation against predefined KPIs and meet or exceed targets for customers and spend adoption.

Requirements
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with procurement technology like e-procurement systems and technical integrations.
- Italian or Spanish language proficiency.
