Join the E-commerce and Digital Customer Relations department, which focuses on the development of online commercial activities and multichannel management. Responsibilities include the animation and coordination of all levers for audience development and brand awareness for Orange France, as well as the design, production, animation, and continuous improvement of the digital spaces and journeys used by Orange & Sosh customers.
Internship Details
- You are looking for a 6-month internship starting on March 3, 2025.
- You are a student at Bac+3/4/5 level in commerce/digital.
- You have a strong interest in digital and e-commerce.
- You have a strong command of the Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and can manipulate data and numbers.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or similar is appreciated.
Daily Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of commercial animations from conception to online deployment, adapting operations to the specifics of online boutiques.
- Be proactive in improving these commercial operations through action plans.
Gaining Experience and Professional Network
With this internship, you will gain valuable experience and interact with many stakeholders, enriching your network. You will assist E-commerce managers and work with marketing departments (Livebox, mobile plans, options) and equipment (Terminals, Accessories, and Connected Objects), as well as manufacturers (Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi).
