Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Major Accounts team in Retail & E-Commerce. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing a portfolio of high-value customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers, identifying new sales opportunities and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address gaps.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
