Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Major Accounts team in Retail & E-Commerce. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing a portfolio of high-value customers.
Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and preferences.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customers, identifying new sales opportunities and developing solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address gaps.
