Support Specialist in France

We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to be part of our founding team in France. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving issues, and collaborating with our technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
  • Very good knowledge of the BaseLinker product or similar SaaS or Marketplace back offices
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (min. C1)
  • Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome

Responsibilities

  • 1st line of support for customers and users
  • Taking care of customer satisfaction with the products, services, and functions offered in our tool
  • Diagnosis and solution of the problem reported by users
  • Cooperation with technical teams to resolve the requests
  • Development and updating of the knowledge base in the global Support department
  • Testing new functionalities
  • Participation in additional projects in line with strengths and skills
