Job Description
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team at VTEX. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for improving the Net Promoter Score of our clients across the US. You will work closely with our clients to develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Improve the Net Promoter Score of VTEX clients across US clients
- Guide business planning and digital strategy workshops
- Ensure a well-designed, scalable, and sustainable architecture that guarantees velocity and sales performance of our clients’ stores
