About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Key Account Manager to lead our e-commerce business in BeNeFrance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations, developing and executing annual channel plans, and negotiating with customers to ensure alignment with our international core ranges and new product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual channel plans to drive e-commerce growth in BeNeFrance.
 - Negotiate with customers to ensure alignment with our international core ranges and new product development.
 - Manage e-commerce operations, including sales forecasting, promotional planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
 - Present and list new products within the customer assortment matrix.
 - Coordinate and implement promotional grids and marketing standards with customers.
 
Requirements
- University degree in business, marketing, or related field.
 - 3-5 years of experience in managing key accounts, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
 - Strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English.
 - In-depth knowledge of key account dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
 - Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and e-commerce platforms.
 - Proficiency in understanding metrics such as net sales, contribution, operating results.
