Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team in France. As a key member of our Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers and users via various communication channels
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex requests
- Develop and update the knowledge base for the global Support department
- Test new functionalities and features
- Participate in additional projects aligned with your strengths and skills
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce sector
- Excellent knowledge of the Baselinker product or similar SaaS or Marketplace back offices
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Highly developed communication skills (inside and outside the organization)
- Very good knowledge of English (minimum C1)
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome (Spanish, Italian, French, or German)
